About Todd
Owner, Todd Coggins, brings 15+ years of residential and commercial construction experience which has included 19th-century historical renovations, uber-modern seaside retreats, traditional colonial homes, and everything in between. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University. His strong attention to detail, eye for the architectural elements of building, and hands-on mentality have lent to his success in the industry.
Todd is born and raised in Monmouth County and enjoys surfing (the cove!), fishing, and spending time with his family, friends, and doggo, Rudder.
