  • "The Clock House", a.k.a. The Borden Carriage House- in 2020 was purchased by the Clouds. The estate was in such bad shape the Home Inspection was 80 pages long. The Cloud’s goal was to transform it back to Carrere and Hastings (architects of the New York Public Library) 1895 vision of an amazing structure. They knew the undertaking they were embarking upon and hired Todd Coggins/Cove Homes to help. Over the course of two years Todd became like family helping the Clouds navigate contractors, COVID and every twist and turn you could imagine on a 130 year old estate. Todd's work yielded two awards, The Rumson Preservation Award and Monmouth County Preservation Award.
